what in heck is taking so long

for the yale common app supplement to be available

seriously.

It was availible about two weeks ago for about 2 hours - I know because I went to commonapp.org and clicked the Yale supplement and began filing it out and looking @ the essay questions (one about just about anything (500 words), I dont remember if there were others). I believe there were short answers too but I forgot. It was very brief, I have no idea why they released it for just like 2 hours and then hid it again. Weird.

At least I got the first essay topic (write about anything about you, 500 words), so I'm getting started on that. It's just a Commonapp essay but more general.

I talked to an Admissions Officer today and he said that the supplement would be online in about one week. He apologized for the delay and suggested that there would be something completely different about it this year. Enticing.

Intriguing. I hope it's interesting. My love for Yale will be reaffirmed.

Hey guys.
The supplement is up on the Yale website, but not on the Common App yet. There are new short answers questions (25 words or less), but I'll let you guys look at them yourself:

I like the new Short Takes portion!

What does the new supplement look like?

It looks the same. It's just three pages instead of two 'cause of the short answers.

It's up on commonapp.org kids. Holla!
