So, What should I Major in?

College is quickly approach in although I still have some time to decide I can set my mind on anything. I have consider everything from Neurosurgeon to freelance painter. I have used multiple college sites, including princetonreview and collegeboard, but I still can't find a major which serious catches my attention.

Some majors that are more interesting to me-

Marketing
Psyhcology
Archeaology

It is tough for me to decide because I am searching for a major that is both fun and adventerous, but also pays well.

I do go an every class I take ( usually mid to high A) so I am open to any suggestion.
I do not want to do anything in the medical field.

So what are you suggestions on majors/careers, I am looking for a well paying job (80,000+ after some years) but also never gets hold.

If you need any more information just ask.
Thank You for you time

This is why you have general education courses - to help you shape what your “adult mind” is best acclimated to. I would not use websites like Princeton review of whatever. Check out BLS.gov to see job outlooks, wage information and education requirements for advancement for most jobs/majors.

Thanks for the reply! I will definitely check out the website!

This kind of has nothing to do with anything you listed, but I’d consider accounting. That’s something I’ve been looking into recently. Starting salary for a CPA is $80,000. Plus the math isn’t too hard…nothing too far past what you learned in middle school.

are you willing to go to graduate school?
if you like fun and adventurous you might want to consider, geology or biology sub-majors like zoology and marine biology but they don’t pay well unless you go to graduate school.
