<p>Got into an argument concerning my future and priorties. They may be blufffing, but idk. Started looking at some community colleges and I’ve already applied to my flagship state school.</p>
<p>Everything I’ve worked for and thought I was doing right turned out to be wrong and all my faults were thrown in my face so it’s self imposed loner status for now while I figure out how to get my stuff together.</p>
<p>Midterms next week, my grades are dropping, and I have no idea on what I can do to get them up. I’m seeing people do so much better than me when I used to be so much smarter than them. I know I’m not even close to doing as well as I can, and it’s wrecking me.</p>
<p>I got 93.492 as my semester grade and 93.5 was an A. </p>

<p>@movingtotexas - can’t your teacher round up? Or does it not work that way? I feel for you… I once got an 89.97 in English (where a 90 was an A). Thankfully, it was only a progress grade.</p>
<p>I assume the grade required for an A was 94 but they would round up a 93.5 or higher - that’s how it is at my school. But since the grade was below 93.5, it doesn’t round to 94.</p>
<p>I need to write my Extended Essay. Blech.</p>
<p>I’m also behind in my classes due to being out with the flu for a week.</p>
<p>Prom is on the same day as my first round of states for lacrosse. And IMATS is on the same day as my lacrosse game.</p>
<p>Prom is the night before I have a 4am river swim competition and both are on day I want to be in France/Corsica to watch the Tour de France.</p>
<p>I’m freaking out because even though I know 94 is a great average I feel like it’s not enough. I know someone said that earlier, but it’s plaguing me. I feel like I’m not enough as an applicant even though I’m just a sophomore.</p>

<p>I tried to get my teacher to give me 1 extra point anywhere but she refused. She believed I did not deserve that extra .008% LOL</p>
<p>I also wrote her a 600 word email in spanish to try to convince her, but she still refused.</p>

<p>Yes, that’s how it works. Unfortunately, my grade rounds down to 93%.</p>
<p>This gives me 2 A-'s for this semester. Funny thing is a friend of mine got his teachers to round up from a 92% to a 94% in two classes! It helps that his brother was a valedictorian, and so most teachers like him.</p>
<p>B/c i am taking so many AP’s my senior year i have to start my senior project now… >.<</p>
<p>My school requires us to do a year of work experience, but but I keep running into barriers whenever I try to apply somewhere.</p>
<p>I just want to get this organised so I don’t have to worry about it until after exams.</p>
<p>What’s sucking for me is that my college admissions letters are coming too slow >.< I want to have all decisions NOW!</p>
<p>What’s also sucking right now is that college is so close yet so far away 
It’s like a tease! I’m going to miss my high school so much, but I honestly want to skip to Spirit Week, prom and then graduation!!!</p>
<p>What sucks for me is I feel like the loneliest person in the world. I feel like my family and friends dont actually even care.</p>
<p>Semester ends on Monday…hoping for all A’s. Chemistry midterm thursday and friday. 3 APUSH tests- monday, wednesday, and friday.</p>
<p>And I have to think of something to do for the TSA competition.</p>
<p>What sucks for me is being both the Varsity Quiz Bowl captain and the lead in the play. Scheduling both meets and rehearsals is a nightmare -.-</p>
<p>My bio teacher straight up lied to the entire class about sending via email a huge hw assignment to the entire class, even though she never did. Then she went on ranting about how unresponsible we were for not doing the hw, even though we had no idea what it even was. She gave us a class period to work on it, which made her feel like she was an angel sent from heaven. I hate the fact that I was too much of a wuss to stand up to her.</p>
