So what's the dress code

So what's the dress code at Cornell? There obvioulsy isn't one, but in terms of what students usually wear to class, weekends, night, etc.

I posted this unber the current cornellian ask me anything thread, but i thought i'd make a thread to hear what others have to say.

regular clothes. what else do you expect.

a nudist colony

regular clothes as in polos and khakis or t shirts and sweatpants?

guys: jeans, polos, hoodies, t-shirts

girls: (uggs, black tights, leggings) tight jeans, loose cornell sweatpants, something sexy for bars and parties, abercrombie, hoodies, peacoats, jackets with furry hoods

spandex pants, flannel shirts, steel-toed work boots, the usual

It kinda depends on the college. You wouldn't be shocked to see your classmate turn up to class in a full business suit or high heels for the girls if you were in the hotel school. When in doubt, wear something with "Cornell" on it! ;)

What think you of togas??....hmmm actually that would be freakin’ awesome lol

dress code??? huh??? during dragon week, you'll see architecture students streaking around campus

I've found that a leather corset and a cat o' nine tails is a popular option for girls.

uggs are not a fashion statement, they are a necessity.

I've always found Pirates and Pirate Hookers to be very avant-garde in the fashion sense.

hahahahahaha

loooooooooool
