Yeah, I decided to self study Ap stats and AP us gov't. I'm doing well with us gov't, but I really procrastinated on the Ap stats, and I wonder if I will finish the material in time for the exam. To be honest, I love learning the stuff, but I hate how much time it takes up. Ugh, right now i just want to take the test, settle for a 3 and go on summer break...

This might not be as much of an encouragement...but hang on there because there's always a chance where you can surprise your self; plus the summer is gonna be there anyway :) So why not just focusing on today and do the best you can...unless you really feel indifferent with a 3 or 4, which wouldn't be the case, right?

I signed up for AP Psych and AP Comp Gov. I've started reading both prep books, so far AP Comp Gov looks pretty simple/obvious because I enjoy histroy/some of the stuff is common sense. I'm not too worried about AP Psych either. I just need to force myself to sit down and study them now =[

signed up for ap psych about 2 weeks go an bought to prep books, haven't opened either yet...

ummm

I haven't even started studying Statistics, Psyshcology, or Environmental Science because I'm so worried about Biology, English Lang., and US History. I had horrible teachers.

boo

I haven't started AP Human Geography yet and I'm not even halfway done reading the prep book for AP Chemistry. Luckily I'm halfway done with AP Psychology. Although, because I do not have great teachers in AP English or AP US History, I'm pretty much going to have to self-study those too. I don't regret it though, because in the end, I know it will make me stronger. I'm just taking things one thing at a time.

Yeah, well. . . . I'm signed up for both AP Physics C's and I have done virtually nothing except buy two prep books and download (not watch though) some lectures.

Can you say screwed? Ah well, I love doing this.

Yea, I'm in the same situation.
Bought 2 prep guides and a textbook, and I haven't read past the table of contents ...
April is going to be interesting.

You can generally get (old) textbooks free at colleges. That's where I got mine. . .

However, MIT has a series of video lectures on iTunes. I think they'll work nicely, since I'll get to see what's going on. Just go to "Itunes U", "MIT", "Physics" and they are taught by "Walter Lewin".

IM me to cram! I reallllly want to be in honors physics at UChicago next year. :)

I am still procrastinating about AP Human Geography. It seems like I won't need much studying, however, because my Cultural Anthropology and Sociology classes seem to be covering a lot of the material. Yay for interdisciplinary work!

It's good to know I'm not the only one who procrastinated.

psych and us history.. started yesterday... stopped after about 2 hours each lol
