<p>This is very true. A&M is a cult and part of the indoctrination is that A&M takes care of its own. I mean, really, its a cult – not quite at the Jim Jones level, but taken very seriously. Part of the cult obligation is to give one another jobs. A Harvard or Yale degree simply becomes irrelevant in the face of this implacable psychology.</p>
