I'm really into social sciences so I've been taking them as my electives since freshman year. I realize that now I will have exhausted all social science courses by senior year. Will it look bad not to have any since I'm kind of passionate about it?

why not take community college courses?

Or self study (if your school doesn't offer the AP course)?

The community college in our area is just horrible, the classes are far easier than regular CP courses at public high school.

so? college adcoms dont know that. take them anyways...its a good way to continue your passion, regardless of how easy they are.
