I apologize for being so general, but I do promise to be completely honest here. I don't have super credentials or test scores, but it is getting dangerously close to decision time. Junior Year is ending and I think I've zeroed in on a major in social work. More specifically I want to work with adoptions.

ACT: 26 (considering retaking, but really don't want to)
GPA: 3.38 (some rocky patches in biology freshman year, but As and Bs since then)
My School does not offer any AP courses
Honors: 3 years Honor Roll, National Honor Society
Clubs: 4 yrs. FCCLA, 1 year Art Club, 2 yrs on yearbook staff, one year as editor
Sports: none

Basically I want a respectable school in the Midwest, (ideally Illinois, possibly Indiana, Missouri, etc.) with a laid back/friendly feel, and a decent social work program. I really want to be realistic. Any specific schools come to mind? I have a few ideas, but I want to hear what you guys have to say!
