Like alot of juniors right now, I'm planning my senior schedule right now. I plan on majoring in Civil Engineering in college where ever I go. I've taken Graphic Design I freshman year and I'm currently taking Psychology this year. I'm wondering which I should take as one of my two electives, Sociology or Graphic Design II?

Bump!!!

Bump!!!

It really depends on what the rest of your schedule looks like and what you think you can manage. which interests you more?

@lilkickster9 with graphic design I freshman year, I had a fairly good time with illustrator and photoshop (I often placed at the top of the class) but overall, it didn’t feel like something I would return to but I’ve gotten over that and wouldn’t mind working on my graphic skills further. For sociology, I’m in the prerequisite class Psychology right now and I’m really interested in it and all the humanities associated with it. For workload, both classes are fairly easy and seamless except that graphic design 2 won’t have any homework from what I know so that’s not an issue. Only thing holding me back from sociology is the lack of friends going for it…

It sounds like Sociology is a better fit for you. You seem to be more interested in it and I think that you will benefit from taking it more than Graphic Design II.
