<p>I heard a rumor that they were going to their waitlist. That would be good, if true, because I’m sure they didn’t want to over-yield again.</p>
<p>Grinnell counts the number of application in two ways: 1) the total number of applications that were initiated and 2) the number of applications which were finalized and received a decision from them. I guess the difference between the figures for 2008 is related to this and accounts for the number of applications that were not completed or withdrawn…Grinnell site only has the data for 2006 so I am just guessing.</p>
