A few questions:

Since your professors probably will not know you that well, who writes your recommendations?

Do you need to send a high school transcript also?

Can you recycle essays/resume from senior year?

Do your professors really not know you well? Have you been involved in any activities with advisors that could write a recommendation? Also, an academic advisor is probably the best place to start.

I sent mine, but some colleges may not require it. You might want to check with admissions offices.

No idea on this one. Maybe someone else will know and reply.

My professor knew me okay. I was lucky to have a seminar. In the case of another class, however, the TA wrote the letter which was then co-signed by the professor. I second bluealien01's recommendation.

Most applications I've seen request this, and you almost definitely will need one if you're attempting a sophomore-level transfer (that is, when applying you'll be a freshman).

If you must. Why would you, though? If you're hoping to apply as a transfer to a college that previously rejected you, this would be absolute death to your application if anyone recognized it. Plus, assumably you've somehow changed from the time of your senior year and the time of your current application. Couldn't you write about something else?
