some help please.

<p>I've always been fascinated by the world of engineering. Specifically, mechanical engineering. I'm at a community college right now, and by the time i'm done, i should Finish Calc 2. Will i be able to transfer without doing Linear algebra or calc 3 at my community college? My Current GPA is about 3.4. I am planning on transferring to Cal Poly SLO/Pomona, UCI, and UCSB. I'm just scared that i would not have the math required to transfer. Any help please? I would love to do engineering.</p>

<p>Well, I think you should first contact or research your transfer school engineering requirements and see if you fulfill them. </p>

<p>Most engineering programs begin with basic calculus so I don't think you are behind and at worst, you might have to take some more math.</p>
