Some Honest feedback?

I could use some feedback on my chances going into UW. I have a general idea of my chances , just want to hear so other opinions. I attend one of the top schools in Washington, a lot of kids from here get in and im sure it plays a factor in admission. I know its not weighted or anything but i think it makes a difference. I showed a fluctuating trend in my grades starting out with 3.4, 3.6 to a 4.0 both semesters Sophomore year, then messed up in a couple of classes during Junior year and got a 3.6 then a 3.4. Took 4 honors courses throughout. Cumulative was 3.63 last time i checked last. Took the SAT got 1700, took it again and haven't gotten scores back yet, but possibly 1800.Also taking ACT (projecting 28 composite) Pretty well rounded extracurriculars, i play club soccer year round, soccer for the school, in honor society, held a job for most of high school as a waiter, member of some clubs, Vice president of a club, captain of some sports earlier in my day.

side note: Russian ethnicity, born in Israel, lived there for 4 years.
Sister also attends UW (dont know if it makes a difference)

Also, taking on 4 AP’s senior year. Very positive i can get 3.8-4.0

Is the GPA you posted weighted or unweighted? UW only looks at your unweighted gpa

Its unweighted, i just thought they my take into consideration the school im coming from
