Does McGill even accept the ACT!? My SAT is horrible so as of now im not submiting it?! And does it have rolling admission!?

EC's don't matter. Your ACT is ok, but you might want to bring it up. All it'll come down to = your 10, 11, and 12th grades.

There is no affirmative action at McGill, and it's not rolling in the traditional sense. They'll notify you of their decision as soon as they've received your 7th semester grades.

McGill accepts both ACT and SAT. Your religion, ethnic background, ECS are not a factor at McGill-straight grades and test scores.-the application is on line.
It is a great school. My best wishes to you on your application.

More-my son is a poly sci/ dual middle eastern studies major. He has been quite pleased with the program at McGill. He is not a native Arabic speaker and the Arabic language program is quite intense (as it should be). But again, it has worked out well for him. From your post, I might gather that you are acquainted with Arabic, the Arabic you will study at McGill is one that lays a good foundation in the language. Mostly written for the first few years. As a former foreign language major, I feel this is the correct course.
Again, best of luck to you. My son is quite pleased with the Poly Sci and Middle Eastern classes at McGill and so are we, as his parents.

Oh more again, I believe that Farsi is also taught as a part of the Middle Eastern Language program-Farsi, Arabic, and Hebrew. But don't quote me on this-check the McGill website.
