<h2>for this one, i know your not supposed to use which, because you can't use which to refer to a person and "is" is jsut wrong. BUt choice A, "who" sounds wrong, is it right tho? or shouldit be B or D</h2>

<p>3). Many theories of modern philosophy "that" seem groundbreaking "are built" on older works; after "reading existing" works, philosophers "developed" new ideas. "no error"</p>

I was hoping you guys could help explain. I dont even no wut hte answer is. This problem is from a free diagnostic test from Princeton Review, and i got to take home the booklet,but no answers/explanations</p>
