Someone Please Answer! What is the "4 Code" of permanent address?

<p>a few years ago USPS added four digits to zip codes.</p>

<p>but I don't think all areas have them, and the mail will get there either way.</p>

<p>well the thing is, the supplement asks for it, and unless I put it in, I can't submit because information is missing. Anyway, no worries because I found my +4 code. thanks!</p>
