have you tried to call your phone? someone stole my brother's phone and she was stupid enough to answer it. my brother pretended to be a friend and this lady was like, "oh, he's not here right now, i'm holding on to his phone." so he says, "oh... well who's this? cuz i reallly need to get in touch with him" and she told him her name! soooo stupid, but really funny. next day in his class with her, he just walked up grabbed it out of her purse. she got suspended for 3 days. pretty funny

^haha....nice. Must have been a blonde girl.

cancel the service. the same thing happened to me. Sure, my parents got mad when i told them i lost my cellphone. but yours would get even MADDER if you tell them after someone already used ur phone for long distance calls. so tell them as soon as possible.

I didn't find it and me and chem teacher are pretty sure someone stole it. Tomorrow, shes going to say theres a large sum of money involved for the return, and if no one returns it, then shes going to give detention to everybody except my friends until someone does return it.

... except your friends? hmph, talk about a partial teacher.

Yeah, some jerk stole my cell phone and my driver's license so I hunted him down and kicked his ass. Just kidding. I never found him. I told my parents right away and they were furious but they did call the phone company and cancelled the service I also tried calling the phone and the guy picked it up and although I asked him for his name, he was a liar and probably made something up. Make sure your parents do the same. The guy didn't make any calls but he did buy some ringtones and that costed me five dollars.

I told em, they're not that mad actually. My aunt who bought the phone will be though :(

New Plan:

She'll tell the class she knows who took the phone
My teacher is going to tell them that if they fess up now, no charges.
But if they don't return the phone, then she's going to get the police, parents and district involved and expel them from school and have them arrested.

have you tried calling your phone? even if they just say hello, you can hear their voice and get an idea of who it is. even just knowing if it's male or female can help.

Wah. Learn to take care of your things.

this is all pretty extreme...

"But if they don't return the phone, then she's going to get the police, parents and district involved and expel them from school and have them arrested."

"if no one returns it, then shes going to give detention to everybody except my friends until someone does return it"

does this sound outrageous to anyone else? cry for attention or something?!

mollypockets, I agree with you completely.

I want my phone back. It was a birthday present and it cost a ton of money. I'm not even kidding, or crying out or attention, thats what I am going to.

then do it and quit whining about it.
or just get a new phone and move on with your life.
