So my father used to be a professor at Harvard for over a year (full-time or visiting, I can't remember), but now he's teaching full-time at Pitt. Does this still count as a legacy or children of faculty consideration?

It is definitely not as much as someone who is currently teaching if your father is no longer teacher there, but it still counts, so definitely put it on. It can only go in your advantage that your father was a professor there.

Doubtful.

^ agreed. It’s a benefit for current or prospective employees. Your main benefit lies if you wish to attend Pitt.
