oh yes, and i applied early

anybody, anybody? haha

i really have no clue how i stand with this so if someone could shed light on the situation for me i would be eternally grateful

It looks good, but not spectacular. Nothing stands out that's incredible, but you have a lot going for you. I would expect the SAT score and GPA (assuming unweighted is 3.5ish) to hurt you a tad, but other than that I think you would be in the top 50% of the applicant pool. My guess is about a 40-50% chance RD, 20%ish EA. Explain to me this Michelangelo thing...

its the art division of the university of florence in florence italy. basically what i did was spend two months studying italian art in both its historical aspects and practical usages. they were college courses so i have a diploma. university of florence, just for a little background info, is the primary college in tuscany. many american universities such as NYU and Syracuse work in association with it for their study abroad programs.

i actually think my unweighted would be somewhere around 3.8ish and maybe a little higher. weighted averages are only utilized at the end of the year and are not always awarded to every class. for example, im in an advanced art class but i dont receive any weighting for it even though it is considered to be at a higher level.
