You should actually try researching colleges instead of just saying you "want to get into an Ivy".

Although yea, you're on the right track. Get LD positions in the ECs you'e passionate about and focus on your grades/test scores.

You know what, I'm a sophomore, and I was just like you about 6 months ago - and by that I mean, I had the Ivy syndrome.

This site slowly made me discover that Ivies need not necessarily be the best schools for you. There are so many other schools out there, academically on par with the Ivies, but with some differences - and these schools may be a better fit for you. Yes, fit is the new 'it' word - and rightly so!

You look good for any top schools. Just stay away from the sheen of an Ivy name - a lot of other schools can give you that sheen as well, you know - and focus on discovering what the best college for YOU is.
