I would like to take some advice, when you got your interview, how exactly did you prepare for it, and are there specific questions you might remember them asking about? also, who exactly did interview you? was it hard?

I know these questions were not geared towards me but I’m beginning Sophie Davis this fall and thought I might be of help. I had three sets of interviews. The first one was chill, I was interviewed by a student. The last two are the “intense” ones because I was interviewed by the actual admission officers. They asked about my life, why primary care and really went in depth when we discussed my essays. So I would say study your essays and make sure you know yourself in terms of what you want to get out of this program, why medicine and etc.
Which essays do Sophie Davis require this year? All I know is that they require thee Common Application essay, but from these older posts they have mentioned that Sophie Davis requires three essays. Is this true? and which are they?
I’m a rising junior and so far I’ve taken earth science, bio honors (loved it), chem honors (I despised it but I did okay), and I’m planning to take AP Bio this year and AP Physics next year. Do you think taking physics senior year would hurt me when applying to sophie ?
Are there any other programs like SD? If so, where?
just wondering … is sophie davis still focused on primary care? and is it still only for ny residents?
