Sophomore course selection

I was hoping to get opinions on my course selection for sophomore year on what I should change or expect.
These are the courses I’m currently taking along with the grades for first semester.
Honors Algebra 2 and Trigonometry (B)
Honors English 9 (A)
Honors Biology (A)
AP Human geography (A)
Spanish 2 (A)
Orchestra (A)

This is what I plan to do next year.
Honors Precalculus
Honors English 10
Honors Chemistry
AP Art History
Spanish 3
AP Statistics

Thanks for your responses.

Does AP Art history count as “art” or as “history” at your school?

Other than than, it’s a good list. If AP Art History counts as “art”, replace AP stats with a history course.

Everything looks good, but I second the suggestion about AP Art History. Also, does your school offer Honors Spanish courses? They aren’t hard at all, and the homework might take an additional 10 minutes compared to what you usually get. Taking Pre-Calc and Stats together is great!

Make sure that Art History is a social studies credit because you want to take one each year. I do not know much about your interests or intended career plan, so I cannot judge the quality of the classes you are taking on your future. They seem pretty good for a student going to a selective school, though.
