Sophomore Dorm?

Not sure if this is the right site for this, but figure I’d give it a shot.

I transferred to BU as a freshman this spring semester. I got placed in Myles. Myles is probably the most unsocial situation I have seen. There are 3 good friends of mine where we all would like to dorm together. I want to be in a social environment. Myles has kind of thrown me off a bit because it is TOO quiet. I have thought about west, idk why but it just appeals to me. Stuvi2? Not sure about our chances for that although my friend got a decent number for sophomore to be.

if you want a social dorm, warren & west are the most social, and in warren you guys could go for corner doubles (the rooms that end in -10 or -15). however there's really no triples in warren or west, or they are are few and far between. towers is less social than warren or west but can be extremely social depending on how willing you are to put yourself out there and explore other floors. towers was also appealing to many sophomores because east tower got renovated, and west tower is 85% sure going to be renovated this summer.

My core group of friends in west campus my freshman year were all sophomores who chose to live next door to each other on the same floor. It was really a blast because even though west isn't the nicest, as long as you're with your friends it really doesn't matter.

You could also try 1019.

What happened to the BU Backdoor website where you could check out the dorms?

I think it’s under construction. They’ve updated the Housing websites though to include some of the floor plans and pictures.
