Sophomore Schedule Predicament...

I am finishing up my freshman year at a science, technology, engineering, and math focused high school. This year was the first year that the school has been open and we will be the first graduating class. It is a great school although there is always room for improvement. For example, my math class this year was a complete disaster. I was in Algebra 2 and because there were only freshmen, my class was placed in the back of geometry class and we only got to speak with the teacher for a few minutes each day. Now my high school is housed on my State’s University so they are thinking that they want to put us in a Pre-Calc class taught by a college professor. Is this a good idea? My math teacher is confident that my peers and I could handle the material, just not the pace of the class. Especially since the class would be a review for the college kids who took it as seniors. Also, my English teacher recommended me for English 101 next year at the college. I think I am capable of all this but I am concerned how this would affect my GPA. I have always gotten a 4.0 and I have my sights set on MIT, Stanford, and Harvard etc.
My school has an A B schedule where we take 4 classes one day and 4 classes the next. Currently my sophomore schedule looks like this:

AP Human Geography
Spanish 3
English 101
Pre-Calculus
Biomechanics of Movement
Philosophy of Science
Engineering Design
Physics

My school didn't offer any honors or AP freshman year so maybe the college classes would help my college application. Basically my question is should I take these college classes while trying to maintain a 4.0? Would it work with my countless extracurricular activities and hoping for a top level college? Thank you in advance for your helpful responses.

Bump…

Anybody???

Do whatever you want to do. If you want to do it, do it. If you have doubts, think about it. If you’re still concerned with it, wait another year.
