My freshman year I took my grades very seriously, at the end I had a close to a 4.0 GPA. I transferred to a new school this September, and started with a big disadvantage. This is the first time in a long time where I’m not only borderline at a class but failing too. I know this semester won’t look good, but I want to be able to get in to most colleges and I’m so worried. If you have any constructive advice it’d be helpful; I don’t appreciate people saying I made a bad decision because I transferred to a more challenging school with more opportunities, and for that I’m grateful- not the best timing, but still grateful.
