I was recently accepted to Barnard College and into the college of arts and sciences program at UVA. I'm having an incredibly difficult time choosing between the two. Mainly, I was raised in the northeast and can't imagine being away from New York as I visit upwards of 15 times a month, but I can't help but feel I'm depriving myself of the "classic" college experience. For me it is not a big deal that Barnard is an all women's college as it is in New York. I intend to get into some business related field ( probably accounting or finance) later on. I'm under the impression that I'd have better opportunities at Barnard since it is in the city but whenever I talk to anyone all they focus on is UVA.
Advice and help would be much appreciated!
