<p>Sorry, my kids didn’t do any UC apps. But maybe someone who has can make suggestions. If there is really no place else to put the info, then abbreviate as much as possible (realize that still might not get you where you want to go). But don’t feel any need for complete sentences.</p>
<p>If it’s that important to you you can always mention it in your essays. The adcom doesn’t even pay that much attention to the activities section besides just to note what you did and how long you did them for. Think of it this way, 99% of the applicants will have great ECs, the distinguishing factor between you and the rest of them will not lie in the ECs alone. So don’t stress about it.</p>
<p>I don’t think this is true at all. I think the ad coms do look at the EC sections, and they notice thing like awards and top performances, interesting or unusual ECs, or deep commitment ECs. Do your best to communicate via the awards section and the additional comment section if possible. I think it would be somewhat disruptive to the flow of the OP’s essays to just stick it in there.</p>
