Spanish placement test

Hi I am going to orientation on wednesday and I plan on taking the Spanish placement Exam. I was just wondering if I would have to schedule the exam in advance or do they just offer it during orientation?

And, would a 4 on my AP Spanish test have any effect at all?

Thank you.

The exam is scheduled into the program, so you do not need to make reservations or anything.

Language 4 or 5 Spanish 275* 3 Spanish 276
Literature 4 or 5 Spanish 373* 3 Eligible to enroll in any 300 Literature class
* Course credits satisfy the language requirement.

You should place out of the language requirement because of AP credit, but I think they probably still want you to take the placement exam anyways. If you've done AP level Spanish, it should be pretty easy.
