special case

i was wondering what should i do if i was accused of plagiarism on one of my assignments. should i notify admissions about my case? also do i even have a chance of getting in despite of this case?

if you were just accused but no formal action has been taken against you then i wouldn’t notify them yet. Were you actually plagarizing?

no i did not but i’m afraid i can’t prove myself

what do you mean you can’t prove yourself?
they either find the text from which you stole it or they don’t.
if there’s a grey area, please describe it.

or is it more like some ****** bag prof has it out for you for some reason?

lol was thinking exactly the same thing… either they have proof against you or not you can’t prove yourself

Haha, sounds kinda suspicious to me. Come on, you can tell us the truth. :)

its because when they scanned the essay through turnitin.com someone’s blog came up as a match but i never used it. and i find out tomorrow if i get harsher punishment possibly failing the course. i don’t know if i should let admissions know about my situation
