Special circumstance chance me?

Hi guys, I was feeling really good about my odds of transferring to USC this coming fall. However it seems that because I have to submit my past jr. colleges I've attended my cumulative GPA has gone to s*!?. At my current school I have taken a beyond full-time classes and had a 4.0 until this semester when I took 17 units and that dropped down to a 3.9.

I am 26 and deal with chronic anxiety attacks and I suffer from ADHD. The only reason I am doing so well in school is because I got diagnosed with these ailments that I didn't even know about and I got treatment for them. Before getting diagnosed I tried to go to school a handful of times and literally couldn't sit in the classrooms with out having anxiety attacks. That resulted in some F's and D's over the course of about 7 years. I couldn't even finish high school because it was so bad at such a young age.

The only real program I am interested in is the Music Industry Studies program. I am not really interested in anything else. Realistically what are my chances?

-In the past year my unweighted GPA was 3.9
-I have a 10 year history in the music industry doing very notable things
-overcoming my social anxiety I have even done volunteer work at the school and have done things like beach clean-ups.
-I've done all the courses required for graduating SC and have also finished my major prep classes.
-Those past grades are really the only "tarnish" on my record, but they are horrible.

I appreciate any comment or questions you guys have. Feeling really crappy because of the past grades... Cheeers
