My father died last November so we no longer have income. My mom has been far too busy to do the 2004 taxes as a result so we only have 2003 taxes and 2004 W2s. I sent the 2003 taxes to all my schools with a note w/my name and social security number/address explaining my circumstances and why I have not been able to get a hold of the 2004 taxes, but that the numbers aren't much different from 2003 other than the income is gone. However, I foolishly forgot to put any sort of signature on the tax forms themselves, but my name is on the sheet explaining the circumstances that I included along with the taxes. Regardless, am I going to get hurt because of this?

Secondly, I got hit with a verification form from Columbia. I don't know who to send this to.
