<p>I'm going to be applying to Penn State-University Park and they have a priority application deadline (nov. 30). Can I still submit my application in after this, or what exactly is meant by this deadline? They also said no deadline for regular applications.</p>

<p>It means that if you apply and get everything in by the priority date you will be considered for admission before anyone who applies after that date and those who apply after that date can be rejected not just because of weak credentials but also because the program they may be applying to has already been filled by priority date applicants.</p>
