Speech Pathology

<p>First ever thread, so please bear with me.</p>

<p>I have finished my junior year with the following:</p>

<li>3.1 unweighted GPA</li>
<li>5.6 on a 7 point weighted GPA</li>
<li>148/880 (top 20%?)</li>
<li>1890 SAT
CR - 680
Math - 560
Writing - 650</li>
<li>Not taking ACT</li>
</ul>

<p>Speech And Debate Team
Sophomore-Treasurer
Junior-Vice President</p>

<p>Choir
Member All 4 years
Secretary Senior Year</p>

<p>World History AP (test not taken)
U.S. History AP (test taken, no results yet)</p>

<p>Summer
Freshman- Young Leaders Conference - National Hispanic Institute
-High achieving Latinos compete in four different categories:
Extemporaneous Speaking (ME), Cross X, Mock Trial, Oratory</p>

<p>Sophomore- Lorenzo de Zavala Youth legislative Session - NHI
-High Achieving Latinos participate in a week long mock legislative session</p>

<p>No Community Service and do NOT want to leave my parents bankrupt.</p>

<p>I've narrowed down my colleges and majors:</p>

<p>University of Wisconsin -Whitewater
University of Central Oklahoma
University of Nebraska - Kearney
Northern Michigan University
Northern State University, South Dakota</p>

<p>Majors:</p>

<p>Speech Pathology (or Speech related major to be able to go to graduate studies in speech pathology)
History Teacher Education</p>

<p>I'm open to ideas on new colleges but of course, information on if I could get in to the colleges listed above.</p>
