Spirit Activities Cards now (un)available!

<p>I just got an email from the ticket office saying that I could go to the website and purchase my spirit activities card. However, it's not working out and the people from the ticket office and ITS keep sending me back and forth. No one seems to know what the problem is. These are the exact steps I did, hopefully someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong:</p>

<p>1) follow link from email to <a href="http://ev10.evenue.net/evenue/linkID=usc/se/%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://ev10.evenue.net/evenue/linkID=usc/se/&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p>

<p>2) click on STUDENT SPIRIT ACTIVITIES CARD</p>

<p>3) click on Order Your Spirit Card (available as of June 1, 2006)</p>

<p>4) click on Register Now</p>

<p>5) enter my ID# and PIN from the email in the USC Students box</p>

<p>6) fill out Account Information (name, credit card, address)</p>

<p>7) I then get this message: Your account is already linked. Please close and restart your browser to continue.</p>

<p>Needless to say, closing and restarting the browser doesn't change anything. I tried with both Firefox and IE.</p>

<p>Hmmm, I had a problem with that yesterday at the same time you were trying to buy the card. Mine said something like "you have no new applications." But I just tried again, and the link to order it shows up. <p>its not working for me either. I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE THAT says "Please complte all required fields before submitting your information."</p>

<p>The thing is, all fields are complete</p>

<p>Same here, I get the "complete all required fields" message. What should I be doing??</p>

<p>You guys shouldn't worry about this so much. I didn't buy mine till move in day last year and it was fine.</p>

<p>I dont know what I did, I went to my account preferences or something, and put the credit card number that way... Im really not exxactly sure how I made it work though.</p>

<p>Haven't gotten the email yet. Then again, they didn't even mail out my registration packet until july 19th</p>

<p>For the people having the "complete all required fields" error, you need to edit your information. Before going to shopping cart, go to your account information and edit your account. I had to do this when I registered, but it didn't save so I had to edit my information again before checking out. After you get your address and CC information to save, you should be able to finish ordering.</p>
