Sports at Boarding School

I completely agree with @confusedonhades; before I got my contacts, I was extremely nervous about cleanliness/touching my eyes/hurting myself, etc. It even took me about thirty+ minutes to get my left contact in the first try. xD But after practicing for a couple weeks, it took about one try per eye and I was used to how it looked. However, I understand that they’re not for everyone. (:

Thank you guys. I think imma try contacts as they are so so more convenient.

Fyi, I play sports that REALLY need strong glasses: soccer, …

Why don’t you just play without glasses. My boy does this all the time and he’s nearly blind without them haha. But it works for him. Anyway sports aren’t precision based although it may help. And if you consider going pro you should opt for eye surgery but we’re getting onto some next level stuff with that.

Thanks OGpacific. But im not turning pro. My glasses are like… Thick. I cant see clearly things away from my eyes 8 inches! Since I play soccer, I need to have a broad look on the field.

Oh man, I know this guy! But to be honest, he looked like he was heading for swimming :D

hamburger110 definitely give em a shot. There’s nothing saying you have to stay with them. They can just you a one month/one week supply to try out. I took the contacts that lasted for a month and then just ordered them half way through the month when I figured out I liked them.

@confusedonhades: I’ll give them a chance haha
