After making throught the Fall with a successful registration, I am planning head for the spring. Several questions for more experienced Emory folks:</p>
<p>I was unable to enroll in a Freshman seminar and was curious if it will be any easier to enroll in one of several choices in the spring. I assume that the majority of freshman are currently taking seminars.</p>
<p>When does OPUS post the Spring 07 Schedule of Courses?</p>
<p>Since registration will be in November,when are we permitted to return to the dorms in January?</p>

<p>In conversing with one of the deans from the Office of Undergraduate Education, he said that about 40% of freshmen will take their Freshman Seminar requirement during the spring, so you're in good company -- or at least not alone, with the only caveat being that there are fewer choices of seminars available. Here's the link to the Registrar's Calendar for Fall 2006, which shows that Pre-registration for Spring 2007 will begin on Nov. 3:</p>
