<p>I am still awaiting a response from bing and my stats are 3.500/35 credits completed from a community college...what are your stats??</p>

I don’t think with a 3.5GPA you will be accepted undoubtedly, depending on your major.

<p>Some majors, for example,engineering(bio,chem…) are very competitive.</p>

<p>Are you currently in an opportunity program at your community college? </p>
<p>For example: If you were at CUNY community college, were you in college discovery? If you were at SUNY community college, were you in EOP? If not, you will not be able to get into EOP as a transfer student.</p>

<p>I applied to Bing as general admissions, but they automatically put me in EOP because I’m currently an EOP student at another SUNY. I’m just afraid that it might lessen my chances of being accepted because I know there aren’t many available seats for EOP.</p>
<p>Anyway, I called them a few times the past two weeks, because I’m desperate to hear back. If I don’t hear back by next week, I have to send in my deposit for another school.
But when I called the school, they said they started looking at EOP applicants last Monday. So my chances are pretty slim right now.</p>

I already sent in my deposit for Geneseo this past week though since their deadline was 12/1.</p>

Nope, didn’t hear back from Bing. It really sucks how I was on a time limit as well. I wish there was SOME way they could inform us because if by slim chances I did get accepted, I wouldn’t have paid that $300 deposit for Geneseo.</p>
