Spring 2016 Grades After July 1

I’m a transfer student, and the deadline to submit final transcripts for Davis is July 1st. However, one of the community colleges (Foothill) I attend likely will not have their final grades out until after July 1st, as the quarter ends June 24th. I put this as a note in my grade update, but they only responded that I needed to pass my last class with a C or better and transcripts needed to be received by July 1st.

If anyone has been in this situation, could you please advise? I’m sure this has happened before, as there are probably several CCs on a quarter system, but are there any things I specifically need to do? Thanks!

I’m in the same boat. I also have some classes from Foothill. Not sure what to do yet.

@yasou14 Hi! I’m also a student from Foothill! I’m waitlisted for Davis, but I know somebody who transferred to Davis from Foothill 2 years back. I asked her about the transcript problem, and she said that the best thing to do is to directly call the admissions office. They should already know about your grades considering Foothill is a quarter system, but call to double check. Hope that helps :slight_smile:
