We are beginning to go thru the application process for 2010 and wonder if the Spring semester would be easier to gain acceptance, than to start in Summer. D is a dual enrollment senior (going full time this fall to Valencia) who will have all her high school credits completed by December. Originally she plannned to apply for Summer 2010, but we are now considering Spring, if it will help her gain acceptance more easily. Is it generally easier to get in this way? She has the identical GPA and stats as her sister, who initially got deferred for Fall, then was accepted for Summer. Perhaps applying for Spring would be a way to slide in?

I hope she is on the UCF path at the community college. If not it maybe impossible to get into UCF without the Associate Degree. Applying for the spring will provide you with a better change than the Fall. The summer admissions seem to be driven off of folks who apply for the Fall and then get offerred the Summer.
