Spring transfer: Texas State, Tech's, or A&M for nutrition?

Hi, all. I'm looking to get some insight on where to transfer. I'm coming from a tiny private christian school in oklahoma, but have had to take the past year and a half off due to health issues, so I'm technically a sophomore. I want to study nutritiom, but my current school doesn't have it and Texas is better (duh).

So here's the question. I'm accepted at TState and Tech. I would probably go to Blinn for a semester/year to get some science courses (I have very few) and transfer. But who has the better program?

A few details: my horrible and abusive ex is at San Marcos. Tech is really far away from me and I don't know if there's much to do there for an older student (I'm 22) who won't go greek and just wants to get her education. I've also been raised by longhorn fans and don't know if I could get over my burnt orange pride for the aggies...but really what matters is who has the better program and can get me a job.

Any help?
