Spring Transfers!

Hey, I was just admitted to Chapman University as a spring transfer and I am considering attending. I will be competing on one of their NCAA D3 athletic teams (transferring from a D1 school) and was wondering if anyone else is considering sending a deposit to Chapman.

Nobody applied for spring? O.o

I did! Currently anxiously waiting for a decision…

Niceee and goodluck! I just received the packet today and was surprised to find that the financial aid they offered was extremely generous. Chances are, I will end up choosing Chapman unless I get a good package from my other choices.

Thats awesome, what’s your GPA?

I have a 3.2 cumulative for 64 units (shocking I know haha was not expecting to get in) but I have a great deal of extracurriculars related to my major/minor. A couple months ago I actually plugged in my info/data into the scholarship calculator on Chapman’s website and it said I was to pay full price so I was surprised to have received such a fat package.

90% chance I’m committing to compete for Chapman. Anyone decide to choose Chapman?

90% chance I’m attending as well… It seems this incoming class will be very small lol.

To any transfers who got admitted, how far apart was your decision and your financial aid offer? Did they actually come at the same time? I’m still (patiently) waiting for my decision.

I received both at the same time. Good luck!

I got mine a week later because they needed some extra forms filled out… Make sure you check “my documents” maybe they still need other forms. Good luck.

I was just admitted over a week ago! I will be transferring in as a sophomore! I have already paid my enrollment and housing fee i am just waiting on my financial aid as well.

Anyone else choosing Chapman?
