<p>Does anyone have any direct experience (or know womeone who does) with Squaw Valley Academy in Olympic Village (Lake Tahoe) CA? It's a small college prep school (grades 6-12) for 'the capable but underachieving student.' Anything you can tell me is greatly appreciated. THANKS.</p>
<p>I know many people who work there and I also many of the students. I WOULD NOT reccomend enrolling at this school at this time. There are many administrative changes going on and it has become a very negative and stigmatized environment. There are better boarding schools available for the money you will spend at this academy. Certainly it does not meet the expectations I have for a boarding school environment</p>
