So I just received my scores back and I scored within the 78th percentile. This is no bueno for the schools I’m applying to (deerfield, episcopal, groton, andover, exeter, madeira), but I realized my scaled score is a 2166. Is this bad too? Pls help!
try preparing more and retaking it the next month for testing, as this score will definitely hurt you. People in this generation are getting smarter and smarter a 2200 is practically only an 85, so you have some tough competiiton. Definitely consider retaking.
@badminton4life that sounds good—i only studied for maybe a week more like two days so i have until january to really finesse all my test taking skills. i don’t think i even took a full practice test tbh.
Hey! Never mind your scaled score, your percentile is really all that matters to those schools. Best of luck. I took my test earlier today with only 9 hours of studying. So, safe to say that I’m screwed.
@YoungThriver haha i feel that. there’s always january thooo
That is true. My SSAT was surprisingly not very difficult. That might not be the same for the January test, sadly. We both have 4 weeks to study. This time, I’ll study for it.
