I just recently (over winter break) was given permission to apply to boarding schools. I thought that I was going to apply as an 11th grader, but then unexpectedly my parents decided that it would be better for me to apply as a repeat sophomore. Getting to the point I just also found out that I have to take the SSAT and that the last testing date is this saturday, which I'm already registered to take. I'm not really that strong in math and I have no clue what type of math problems I'm going to encounter. If someone could please inform me what type of math is predominately on the test, I would be greatly appreciated .

There really isn’t a predominant type of math, I don’t think. Given that you’re a sophomore right now, I think you should do perfectly fine if you’re currently in Alg2/Trig or Pre-Calc, since that goes far beyond what is required on the SSAT. Maybe brush up on your basic algebra and number operations. :)

@aarayln Thank you! I’ve been studying in my algebra book all night.

No problem, and good luck! :)
