<p>Have any of the U1+ students had any experience using the ssmu/mcgill health insurance/plan? I'm just looking for more elaboration what we (americans) can and can't do/what we have to pay for.</p>

<p>So basically, this means that I'm only good for doctors visits, one (1) eye exam, and hospitalization to a point? </p>
<p>About claims and pharmaceuticals: do I pay for the drugs up front, then file the claim, and then get reimbursed? Or is the claim thing done purely for the service renderer's benefit, and no money needs to leave my pocket?</p>
