St. John's University vs. University of Arizona

Which is better St. Johns or U of A? I know they are two completely different schools but I am having a tough time deciding. I live in Florida, I am catholic, and I want to major in Journalism, with a focus on Broadcast Journalism. I already got accepted to both, with a HUGE scholarship from St. John's. I got a tiny scholarship from U of A but am still waiting on the Financial Aid package!

Basically I just want to hear from people who attend or have visited either school and to tell me what you thought about the campus, atmosphere, people, academics etc. OH and which one has a better reputation.

Thank you (:

Hey i’m essentially in the same situation. I live in CT and got into STJ with a huge scholarship too. I was thinking that I rather go into the real world w/o a huge debt and many people told me not having a lot of student loans is great! And for journalism, NYC has better opportunities than UA. So, based on that, STJ would be good. But UA has amazing weather

Thanks kobepau! (: I really am leaning towards STJ. Now what I am trying to figure out is which hall I want to live in, Hollis or Dasilva. Have you heard anything about the residence halls? Oh and will you be at Accepted Students Day?

At this point, I’m still not committed to STJ. So can’t answer about the residency halls, but it looks like I’m headed to STJ though. IDK about Accepted Students Day, looks like I’m just gonna make it to the Orientation haha, I’ll private message you if I do come.
