<p>what's the deal with standby? Can I go and sign up to take the writing standby for Dec. 4th still? I don't even understand what it is, lol. Do you just go to the testing room, and if someone doesn't show up, you take their place and pay a fee? Please help!</p>
<p>you don't take anybody's spot.. You go in there, with your stuff filled out, and if there's room, you take whatever test you want. You need to pay and whatnot too..</p>
