Please note that your impatience and inability to follow directions-- i.e., using
this status query site before we sent you an email telling you to do so--
signifies a complete lack of self-discipline, and thus we have withdrawn your
application.

may 15... looks better than 'late may' XD

looks like they will be sending out a lot of rejections

Why do you say that? I mean, you're right, but your post (and username) sounds so pessimistic. Does the axess email signify something?

Not a thing. Stanford has a more tech approach to admissions with the axis site rather than postcards and emails regarding missing documents.

Interesting. I just received a copy of the email with my ID included.

Good luck all!

.......they can't seem to find my (or a couple other people's) sat/act scores

does everyone else have the same problem?

Did you find that out on the site?

I applied for freshman year. Did not send them new score reports for this time around, per faq statements.

they send "missing credentials" emails

Did they just send you an email now? Did they originally say they had the scores back when they first sent the application status email from ~ 6 Apr?

go on axess and pop in your email again

Done... Yea, they still have all my stuff. I suppose I should check on that email regularly.

I suppose a call on your part is in order (if you haven't done so already).

guys....don't freak out if the site isn't open PRECISELY when they tell you it should be. it wasn't last year. i will say this -- opening up an internet explorer window was a bit nervewracking.

so i recently heard from my friend that she was recently sent an email that informed her of her admission to stanford (a week ago, i believe)... does anyone know if stanford is already giving out notices?

Did she apply for fin. aid? I have never heard of stanford releasing decisions prior to the date.

With transfer apps due Mar 15. You're saying she heard around April 13? I thought they were doing credentials and double checking all paperwork round April 15. Wow...seems like her app was pulled up fast.

its not only her. she said a friend also received admission status already. i dont know whether or not they applied for financial aid... i hope "missing credentials" won't influence admission decisions..

....guess they're rolling it

and saving all the rejects for 5/15 XD

Do you know if they are legacies or sports or some sort "obligations"? Also, applying as frosh or soph?

Maybe they are rolling - it'll place the missing creds applicants at a disadvantage.

are u sure they are TRANSFER APPLICANTS?

already?? that's weird. ...

they have all my stuff :)

guys...i want to stifle this pretty early on.

while i suppose there exists the possibility that a transfer was already notified, this possibility is remote at best. stanford wouldn't do that.

you'll hear in may.
