<p>my family makes a little less than 100K per year, and well, since I didnt intend on getting into Stanford, I never sent the CSS Profile until yesterday. What is the chance that they will offer good money at this late a time? and Should I go to Stanford if my parents' income next year exceeds 100K?</p>

<p>hahaha.. yea, being middle class is good and bad.... I'm at the point where I can get a little bit of Fin Aid, but still cant pay the amount that is left over.. it really sucks. and when you hear that your dad is getting a raise, it should be a good thing.. financial aid wise.. not so much, so that puts my in a tough situation, and I just sent in my CSS Profile.. hopefully they get back to me before May 1st, lol</p>

<p>My dad JUST got a raise in March that pushed him past the 100k mark. Also, I was late in sending in my CSS profile so there's a chance I won't hear anything until AFTER May 1st. This is ridiculous! I can't commit to either school without first knowing whether or not I'll be able to pay for it.</p>
<p>Wow, you and I are really in the "exact" same situation! hahaha.. Yea, my dad got a raise in March, taking the family income above 100K for next year.. at this point, I'm hoping that I can get good money for <100K income.. and well, like you, I sent in my CSS Profile late because I didnt expect to get into Stanford.. and now that I did, I REALLY want to go.... so I called their Finaid office today, and they have everything.. and all I have to do is wait.. and hopefully they look at my app pretty soon.. they told me to call back next week though. and hopefully they'll have it done, with lots of money, lol... and yea, you're definitely right in saying that we need to know if we can pay before enrolling.. If I cant get enough money, I'd be going to Georgia Tech, which I'd rather avoid... and May 1st is fast approaching.. I wish they'd delay the deadline a little.</p>
