<p>All in all, today was a lot of crying.</p>
<p>Yesterday was awful - rejected from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Berkeley, and waitlisted at Columbia. And then Duke’s rejection had been Wednesday. Spent the morning calming down and trying to just accept everything and moping. </p>
<p>I thought it was sent to my Gmail. Imagine how stupid I felt when I opened up Yahoo! an hour later. Trite and true - I just couldn’t believe it. Best for last, indeed.</p>
<p>Accepted to three great schools I would all attend in a heartbeat. I couldn’t feel more fortunate.</p>
<p>It’s interesting to see the type of people stanford wants. However, congrats to all those who received the good news.</p>

<p>I cried too when I got mine. I’d opened every single email from every other college before that and was straight rejected from every single one. I’d seen the Stanford email first but chose to open it last because I could already see the failure.</p>
<p>I cried when I was accepted. It was nice news after the rejections.</p>

<p>Stanford is my dream school. Just wondering if anyone has any sort of ideas towards:</p>

<li>Sending in ACT scores vs SAT Scores (I sent in only my ACT 33 across and SAT2 Chinese with Listening 790 Chemistry 770 MathLvl2 780) and then got the rejections above.
I know Colleges say they accept either, but my avg is around 3.7, took AP Chemistry got a 3 and took AP Calculus AB got a 4 and am taking AP Calculus BC. Oh… and I’m Asian and I live in NY.</li>

<p>Supposing I decide to apply to any school above again as a transfer, should I give in SAT scores instead/what is the deal with transferring?</p>

<li>Where should I go? If you wouldn’t mind just listing in order between Macaulay, Stony, and the other 5 that I haven’t got responses from SUPPOSING that I get in.</li>

Honestly I don’t understand how the Stanford one happened… I get the UPenn and Princeton stuff, since I’m not the type at all for those schools, but I honestly thought that my Stanford App was the best. I should’ve probably known though. In the history of our high school, there has not been one person that got into Stanford on the regular round, or for that matter, even waitlisted… oh well it’s over now. Chicago Class of 2017!!</p>

<p>Can’t believe it, rejected/waitlisted everywhere else yesterday (wasn’t expecting that either) and got accepted to the hardest one today… Asian, Male, International applying to Stanford (albeit without aid). I still can barely breathe…</p>

<p>I checked spam…not there. Well I even went on the Axcess site and tried sending the application status email, which I got right away. But still no decision email… What should I do guys? Anyone still waiting for his/hers?</p>
